Terms
DiamoNY עומדת מאחורי כל תכשיט ותכשיט אשר מסופק ללקוח. כחלק מהשירות DiamoNY מעניקה אחריות תכשיט לשנה הכוללת :
- תיקון פעם אחת עד 3 חודשים מהמסירה.
- תיקונים נוספים בתשלום.
- פעם בשנה ניקוי עמוק.
- במידה ונפל יהלום קטן או אבן חן קטנה (עד 5 נקודות / 0.05 קרט) DiamoNY מתחייבת לתקן ללא עלות וזאת עד 5 פעמים סה"כ תוך שנה מהרכישה.
- על צמידים האחריות הינה לשנה.
- האחריות תקפה בתנאים:
- התכשיט הוחזק בתנאים נאותים ולא עבר תיקון או עבודת צורפות שלא במסגרת DiamoNY .
- לא נוצר מגע בין התכשיט לחומצות.
- התכשיט לא נפגע ממקור חיצוני.
- אחריות DiamoNY אינה מכסה אובדן / גניבה של התכשיט כולו או חלקו, לרבות אבן חן ויהלום מרכזי או צידי.
